As an Implementation Manager on the Spend team, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of complex spend and corporate card implementations for enterprise customers. This role bridges Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Operations, and you will act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey.
What you'll do
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex spend and corporate card implementations for enterprise customers across EMEA.
- Act as a technical advisor, translating customer requirements into scalable architectures.
- Troubleshoot integrations and serve as a subject-matter expert on the integration ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Operations to deliver seamless onboarding.
- Channel customer feedback into the product roadmap.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project/program management.
- 4+ years of client-facing delivery in SaaS, fintech, consulting, or systems integration.
- Track record delivering cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with ERP, accounting, or expense platform implementations (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Xero).
Preferred qualifications
- Hands-on experience with API-based integrations and technical architecture.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
- Strategic account management experience.
- Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
