App-based start up Starling Bank has arrived on the high street following a deal to launch in thousands of Post Offices nationwide. Starling describes itself as a "mobile only bank account" and has more than 200,000 users in the UK. It is among a new wave of digital-only lenders that claim to be quicker and easier to deal with compared with traditional banks.
